Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
ZyndPay uses only cookies and browser storage that are needed for its websites to work and to stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, so we do not need to ask for your consent and do not show a cookie banner.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way but is not sent to our servers with each request. This policy covers both, on zyndpay.io, the business dashboard and the payment pages.
3. Browser storage
We also store a few items in your browser. They stay on your device:
- your display preferences and choices on our website;
- a payment in progress, so that you are not charged twice if you reload the page;
- drafts of forms, so that you do not lose what you have entered.
4. Third parties
- Payment providers: card or mobile money steps may be handled by our payment partners, which may set their own cookies needed for the payment and for authentication by your bank.
- Security services that protect our sites may set cookies to block malicious traffic and automated sign-ups.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers or third-party analytics. How we use technical data to keep our services working is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices
You can delete cookies and browser storage, or block them, in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, signing in, payment or language selection may not work. If we ever introduce optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
