Is this a self-custody USDT wallet?
No. ZyndPay holds supported digital assets on your behalf. You use your verified account to access the wallet; it is not an app where you control a private key. Review the applicable terms and security information before using it.
How can I receive USDT?
If USDT deposits are available in your account, follow the asset, network and address shown in the app for that deposit. Check all three before sending. A transfer on an unsupported or mismatched network may not be credited or recoverable.
Can I convert or withdraw my USDT?
Only the conversion and withdrawal options enabled for your verified account and location appear in the app. Review the quote, fees, limits and destination before confirming; availability and processing time can vary.
Is a USDT balance the same as dollars in a bank?
No. USDT is a digital asset intended to track the US dollar, not a bank deposit or a guaranteed dollar balance. Its issuer, market and network carry risks, and ZyndPay is not a bank.
