Before you start

Prepare for your trade in Togo.

In Togo, Moov Money is a familiar option for everyday FCFA transfers. When P2P and a matching offer are available for your account, ZyndPay lets you buy or sell USDT (TRC-20) in FCFA. The order shows the payment method to use and the recipient’s details.

01

Escrow on every order

In an open P2P order, the seller's USDT is locked in custodial escrow. The seller releases it after confirming receipt of payment; a dispute follows a separate process. Escrow reduces counterparty risk without removing every risk.

02

Payment methods for your trade

Check the method offered in the listing, then follow the order instructions. A provider operating in your country is not necessarily available for your trade.

03

A dollar-stable balance

View your USDT balance in the wallet. USDT is designed to track the US dollar, but it can deviate and is not a bank deposit.

04

Verification & compliance

Access depends on required verification, compliance checks, and the services enabled for your account and market.

How it works

01

Create your account

Sign up, verify your number and review the services available for your account in Togo.

02

Pick an offer

If P2P is available, browse active offers, compare the rate, limits and payment method, then open an order. The seller's USDT moves into escrow.

03

Buying: pay, then receive

Pay the seller in FCFA using the agreed method, then mark the order paid. The seller checks receipt before releasing USDT to your wallet. If you disagree, use the order's dispute process.

04

Selling: check receipt before release

If you sell, check receipt in your own FCFA account before releasing USDT. A screenshot or a paid status does not prove receipt. Use the dispute process if you disagree.

Buying USDT in Togo: check how the recipient gets paid

Togo uses the West African CFA franc (XOF). Local mobile-money services include Moov Money Flooz and Mixx by Yas, whose transfer options belong to their own services. For a ZyndPay P2P purchase, start with the payment method and recipient shown in an offer available to your account. An operator’s transfer menu does not establish which methods that offer accepts.

01

A withdrawal code is not a wallet credit

Moov Africa Togo describes an other-network transfer path where the recipient collects money at a Flooz point using a withdrawal code. That differs from crediting the recipient’s wallet. Before paying, check that the provider screen matches the receipt method required by the P2P order. If it instead proposes a cash-withdrawal code or another route, resolve the mismatch before sending.

02

Keep the operator and the order aligned

Mixx by Yas is supported in ZyndPay’s separately gated merchant mobile-money checkout for eligible account and transaction contexts; it is not automatically a payment method on a P2P offer. For P2P, follow only the method shown on your active offer, verify the recipient and XOF amount, and never share your provider PIN or enter an unfamiliar code sent in chat.

03

Confirm receipt before releasing USDT

The XOF payment and ZyndPay’s custodial USDT escrow are separate. Buyers should keep the provider reference and mark the order paid only after the agreed payment. Sellers should verify receipt in their own payment account before releasing USDT. A screenshot or withdrawal code alone is not proof that the agreed account received funds; use the order’s dispute process if receipt is unclear.

BCEAO describes the regional currency. Yas and Moov describe their own services and security advice. These sources do not establish a ZyndPay partnership, supported payment method, or live offer for your account.

FAQ

Your questions. Answered.

How do I buy USDT in Togo with ZyndPay?

When P2P and a matching offer are available, open an order and pay the seller in FCFA using the displayed method. After checking receipt, the seller releases the escrowed USDT. If there is a disagreement, use the dispute process.

Which mobile money payment methods are offered in Togo?

Check the listings in Wallet for the methods offered to your account. Availability depends on active offers and applicable checks.

Is it safe?

A P2P order uses custodial escrow: the seller's USDT is locked before payment, then released when the seller confirms receipt. A dispute may require a separate decision. This reduces some risks without eliminating them. Always verify the offer, recipient and displayed instructions.

What are the fees?

The fee, rate and amount to receive are shown in the app before each order. Review them before proceeding.

Can I use Mixx by Yas to pay for a ZyndPay P2P order in Togo?

ZyndPay supports Mixx by Yas as a gated merchant mobile-money checkout option for eligible accounts and transactions in Togo, but merchant checkout and consumer P2P are separate flows. A P2P order may show different methods; use only the method and recipient displayed on that active offer. If Mixx is not listed there, do not substitute it or send payment.
