Stablecoin payments

Your prices in local currency.

Your customers pay in USDT or USDC while you price and keep your accounts in GNF. The checkout shows the asset, network, amount and address for each payment, and your merchant workspace tracks its confirmation. Assets, networks and limits depend on your account and its verification.

01

Link, checkout or API

Share a payment link, redirect to a hosted page or create payments through the API from your own site.

02

Exact instructions for every payment

The customer sees the asset, network, amount and address to use. Sending on the wrong network can lose funds.

03

Confirmation tracking

Fulfil only when the payment shows confirmed in your merchant workspace, never on the strength of a screenshot.

04

Know the risks

Stablecoins are designed to track the US dollar but can deviate. They carry issuer, market and network risks and are not bank deposits.

How it works

03

Track the confirmation in your merchant workspace, then process the order.

Taking USDT and USDC payments in Guinea: keep your GNF records clear

Guinea’s national currency is the Guinean franc (GNF). Guinea has issued its own currency through its own central bank since choosing monetary independence in 1960, and banknotes are issued today by the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG). If stablecoin payments are enabled for your account, your customer pays in USDT or USDC while your business keeps pricing, invoicing and bookkeeping in GNF terms. Decide how you convert a GNF price into a stablecoin amount before you share a link, and record both figures on each order. Stablecoins are not GNF and not bank deposits; they carry issuer, market and network risk.

01

Follow what the BCRG publishes on crypto-assets

The BCRG states that Guinea’s payment systems and means of payment are supervised and regulated by the central bank through its payment systems directorate (DSMP), and that BCRG banknotes remain the most widespread means of payment in the economy. USDT and USDC are not GNF. Before you invite customers to pay in stablecoins, read the BCRG’s latest public notices on crypto-assets and check with a qualified adviser in Guinea how they apply to your activity. Do not present stablecoins to customers as a GNF payment method or as a savings product.

02

Keep records your bank can follow

The BCRG notes that stronger international anti-money-laundering rules (LBC-FT) push financial institutions to be increasingly vigilant about the operations they handle, and that it has strengthened its own vigilance on international transfers in line with FATF requirements. For every order paid in stablecoins, keep the GNF price, the USDT or USDC amount, the network, the transaction reference and the customer’s details. Clear records make it easier to answer questions from your bank, accountant or tax adviser. Check with them how stablecoin receipts should appear in your GNF accounts.

03

Fulfil only on a confirmed payment

Ship goods or deliver a service only once the payment shows as confirmed in your ZyndPay workspace, not because a customer sends a screenshot, a transaction hash in a chat or a message saying the transfer is on its way. Check that the asset, network and amount match the checkout. If you refund, send the same asset on the same network to an address the customer confirms, and record the refund against the original order. Settle disputes from your order records rather than from conversations alone.

These BCRG pages describe Guinea’s currency, payment system and anti-money-laundering context. They do not establish a ZyndPay licence, partnership, regulatory approval, or availability for your account.
